Chesterfield based plumbing firm Valley Services provide a dedicated team working on all aspects of plumbing, heating and property services.

They are now looking to recruit staff in multiple posts to cope with demand for their Funded Heating System / Boiler Replacement work

Valley Services are Gas Safe Registered, OFTEC Registered and a CHAS accredited contractor (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) as well as being fully accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and they are members of the REAL Assurance Scheme.

Receptionist / Director's P.A

Our head office in Chesterfield is a hive of activity. Due to the increased volume of incoming enquiries we require an experienced, front of house receptionist to filter and direct telephone calls through effective use of our telephone system.

Based in our office reception, the ideal candidate will also welcome visitors as they arrive, displaying a friendly and helpful attitude.

The successful candidate will, from time to time, be required to act as Personal Assistant to our directors. This will involve arranging diaries, note taking, typing and the use of Microsoft Office software to produce spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations where necessary.

To be considered for the role you should be:

• Experienced in front of house customer service
• Confident in dealing with the general public over the telephone
• Able to display a friendly, helpful and positive attitude at all times
• Comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office

Application Fulfilment – Administrator

Our core activity at Valley Services is the supply of Free central heating boilers to low income households throughout South Yorkshire and the Midlands.

We complete funding applications on behalf of our customers and submit them to Energy providing organisations for approval.

We now require an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail to join our established Application Fulfilment team.

This role involves the completion, checking and amending of official documentation that is required by the funding organisations who accept our customer applications.

Due to the complex nature of the applications submitted, the successful candidate would ideally have experience in office administration within a regulated environment. Attention to detail is key and underpins the whole process.

To be considered for this role you should be:

• Able to work under pressure and apply attention to detail within
  a busy office environment
• Capable of learning and applying funding guidelines
• Of analytical mind

Gas Safe Registered – Heating Engineers

Due to an increase in demand for our funded heating system/boiler replacements; Valley services are looking to expand our network of Gas Safe Registered, heating engineers.

We offer excellent rates of pay and can work with installers of varying availability.

To be considered for this role you should be:

• Gas Safe Registered
• Aware of current regulations relating to gas installations
• Able to display a positive attitude in relation to the quality of
  your workmanship
