Tuesday 26th February 2013
Alfreton Town return to Blue Square Bet Premier Division action on Tuesday evening with a home game against Hyde FC at the Impact Arena.
The game brings a clash of two out-of-sorts sides who have slid down the table in recent weeks with Hyde having only picked up four points from their last 24 available, and Alfreton are only one point better off with five.
Reds manager Nicky Law will hand a debut to highly-rated goalkeeper Jordan Pickford who has joined on loan from Barclays Premiership club Sunderland for a month, following an injury to Phil Barnes at Kidderminster Harriers last Saturday.

Jordan (above) initially joined the Black Cats Academy on a two-year scholarship in the summer of 2010. He has played for Sunderland's reserves and has also represented England at the Under-17 World Cup in Mexico.
The highly-rated young keeper had a five month loan spell with Darlington last season and played against the Reds during Alfreton's 3-1 win over the Quakers in Derbyshire on February 18th last season.
He returned to the Stadium of Light and made his first-team debut as a substitute in a 3-2 friendly win over FC Groningen at the 2012 Peace Cup in South Korea.
Other than Barnes, there are no other injury worries and there is just one more absentee, Theo Streete (left) being unavailable as he starts a four-match suspension following his second red card offence of the season last weekend.
Hyde arrive looking for a first win in five league outings and both sides go into the game having lost their last three league games in a row.
On the road, Hyde have won five, drawn once and tasted defeat eleven times.
The wins have been impressive though, 3-1 at Telford United, 1-0 at Cambridge United, 3-1 at Newport County, 1-0 at Southport and 2-0 at Stockport County.
A depleted Tigers side went down 2-0 at Tamworth in their latest outing last Saturday where they also had Chris Sedgwick sent off for two cautionable offences.
Top scorer for Scott McNiven's side is Phil Jevons with 13, two ahead of Scott Spencer.
The sides fought out a 1-1 draw in the first meeting of the season back on Tuesday, November 20th at Ewen Fields, Leigh Franks' first ever goal for Alfreton on 39 minutes being cancelled out by a Phil Jevons equaliser three minutes later.
