RESULTS - DIVISION 1
Match played at Coal Aston
Visitors Calow batted first and in their allotted over reached a total of 144-8 with top scorers being J Horton 52 and T Narula 28. Best bowlers for Coal Aston were A Cookson 2-28, C Timms 1-8 and D Hemingway 1-15.
Coal Aston then reached their target finishing on 148-4 scoring the winning runs off the third ball in the final over. Pick of their batsmen were S Mintoft 51 and R Whileman 23 not out. The only wicket takers for Calow were A Horton 2-27 and M Smith 1-25

Holmesfield scored 154-8 with N Pearson 51, J Pearson 50 and M Holmes not out 23 being top scorers. Wicket takers for Chesterfield Barbarians were D Dart 2-9 and R Atkinson 2-27.
In another close match Barbarians scored 157-5 scoring the winning runs off the next to the last ball of the match. Their best batsmen were D Hopkinson 50,

Thanks mainly to R Lander 43 and B Lambon 18, Dronfield Woodhouse reached a total of 116-5. Pick of the bowlers for Holmewood were A Cropper 2-11, P Ashley 1-14 and A Howitt 1-26.
Holmewood then finished on 118-3 with D Gray 51 and M Saville 28 not out. For Dronfield T Wilson took 2-31

In another high scoring game, visitors Morton scored 158- 8 with R Swallow 53 and A Holland 50 being top scorers. For MGT, J Meakin took 3-3, S Nalty 1-13 and A Keighley 1-22.
MGT then fell just 17 runs short ending on 141-5 with R Andrews 50, A Keighley 29 not out and S Nalty 22. Wicket takers for Morton were G Lowe

Match played at Hundall
NFU scored 124-4 in their allotted overs with A Carpenter 43, A Pearson 25 and R Parkin 24 not out. Best bowlers for Hundall were P Yardy 2-14 and A Sehjal 2-19.

Visitors Whittington Wanderers batted first and scored 107-7 with the only score of note being D Vickery with 50. Best bowlers for Cutthorpe were C Taylor 3-26, S Foster 2-12 and R Thorpe 1-7.

BALGO were bowled out for 82 with L Braddock scoring 37 and D Budd 16. Best bowling figures for Tupton Rugby Club were A Smith 5-19, R Whitmore 2-21 and C Shaw 1-1.
