Help Shape The Future Of Staveley
Residents of Staveley are being asked by Chesterfield Borough Council to make comments and give their views of a draft appraisal on the Staveley Conservation Area. Staveley was recognised as being a place of special architectural and historic interest and was designated as a conservation area in January 1971. Some of the buildings that fall within the Conservation Area include Staveley Hall (pictured above), the Church of St. John the Baptist and the Old Rectory on Church Street, The Chantry and the Old School on High Street and Ebenezer Row on Porter Street.
