Steeler's Boss Ryan Finnerty today warned his team of against thinking ahead to Sundays top of the table clash with Belfast.

"We won't think to much about the Giants until we have played Hull on Saturday" said Finnerty. "Sure we will talk about Belfast this week, we will do things in training geared for that game, but I will make sure that Hull is our primary focus. I've seen it happen too many times - that you have a big game on Sunday and forget about Saturday and come unstuck. I won't allow that to happen!

"In saying that, I don't think I will have to harp on too much, the guys have been excellent this year at concentrating on one game at a time, they know the score. They know that beating Belfast only really means something if we have taken the points off Hull first.

"Hull are led by Boucher who has been outstanding in goal for them this season. Like John DeCaro does for us, Boucher can get the Stingrays going, they can build off the foundations he gives them.

"Hull have been a tough puzzle for us this year, whilst we have been successful against them, we haven't had an easy ride and I don't expect one again on Saturday. They are desperate for points to take them to the play offs and I expect them to play desperate on Saturday.

"Sunday against Belfast will take care of itself. There isn't too much that needs to be said. Sure we will go over the game plan and the technical stuff but the emotion should take care of itself. You don't have to tell any of the players on either team the importance of the game. If they don't know, they shouldn't be playing.

"We have had good results against the Giants so far and will look to continue that. We know they have changed players recently, it's one of the reasons we scouted them last weekend. We won't be under-prepared, we will be ready and we will give our all once again."
