 For those footy fans missing their weekly sports fix, there's news today that the Spireites have teamed up with Derbyshire County Cricket Club to offer fans the chance to watch cricket for less this summer.
You can enjoy a great night out with your mates at the Friends Life t20 matches to see Derbyshire Falcons at the County Ground, Derby, during June and July, plus one afternoon fixture at Leek. A special offer will also be made available for games coming up later in the season at Queens Park, Chesterfield.

The first match takes place tomorrow (Thursday 2nd) when Derbyshire Falcons take on Lancashire Lightning from 7.00pm.

New Zealand international Martin Guptill will be added to an already firing Derbyshire batting line-up and - with his status assured as one of the top fielders in world cricket - extra entertainment is guaranteed.
Other games coming up are against Durham Dynamoes, Worcestershire Royals, Leicestershire Foxes, Warwickshire Bears, Nottinghamshire Outlaws, Northamptonshire Steelbacks, and Yorkshire Carnegie.

Season ticket for seven Derbyshire Falcons matches at the County Ground, Derby, is £70.
Any youngsters aged 0-12 on 1st January 2011 will be admitted free of charge throughout the tournament if they become a Junior Member of the Club for FREE.
The ground is worth a visit with improved facilities which include 1,800 new seats and improved access for vehicles and more parking. There are also new Hospitality Facilities including Breeze House and Private Box facility.
The 'watch cricket for less' initiative is part of a partnership between The Football League and the England and Wales Cricket Board.
